Take these simple steps to safeguard your valuable property
- Obtain Extracts from the Land Registry covering a period as much as possible.
- Check whether your Deed is referred in the Extracts
- These Land Registry Entries can perish at any moment. Therefore obtaining certified extracts will be very helpful.
- Obtain certified copies of all Deeds reflected in the Extracts
- Collect all Survey Plans mentioned in the Extracts.
- If any Case number is referred in the Extracts collect certified copies of full case record from the relevant Court.
- Get a Title Report done by a Lawyer with a Pedigree showing your ownership.
