Take these simple steps to safeguard your valuable property

  • Obtain Extracts from the Land Registry covering a period as much as possible.
  • Check whether your Deed is referred in the Extracts
  • These Land Registry Entries can perish at any moment. Therefore obtaining certified extracts will be very helpful.
  • Obtain certified copies of all Deeds reflected in the Extracts
  • Collect all Survey Plans mentioned in the Extracts.
  • If any Case number is referred in the Extracts collect certified copies of full case record from the relevant Court.
  • Get a Title Report done by a Lawyer with a Pedigree showing your ownership.
